This course orients new Companions to the Royal Arch tradition through history, ritual awareness, officer structure, symbolism, and protocol. Participants will leave with a working understanding of the Capitular degrees, their meanings, the administrative life of a Chapter, and their own developmental path. The goal is to prevent new members from being “initiated and lost,” replacing confusion with clarity and confidence.
